system<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Consultations on matters related to gender and sexuality in university life (sexual harassment, sexual orientation and gender identity, gender dysphoria, etc.) are offered by health checkup scheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you undergo a consultation at the Health Service Center, we can make accommodations to allow students to receive medical examinations on a different date working on installing toilets that anyone can use with peace of mind regardless of gender or disability, installing pictograms, and informing users about them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2192 <a certificates issued by the university<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We have removed unnecessary gender designations on certificates and other documents issued by the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"list07\"><\/div>\n<h2>Use of preferred names on campus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can use their preferred names on campus, including in the student register and on certificates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When requested, we will issue certificates to users of preferred names.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a Examples: The all-gender accessible toilet project, workshops at Saitama University Exchange Plaza<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"list09\"><\/div>\n<h2>Collaborative classes with the National Women&#8217;s Education Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer collaborative classes with the National Women&#8217;s Education Center.<br>We currently offer the foundation education subject \u201cThinking about a Gender-Equal Society: Encounter with the University 2.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"list10\"><\/div>\n<h2>Other internal announcements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of books in the Saitama University Library recommended by the Gender Equality Office increased in April. These books are displayed near the entrance on the second floor of the library.
