令和8年度授業料免除等 第二段階申請について　Step 2 Application for Academic Year 2026 Tuition Fee Exemption

大学独自の授業料免除等を申請中の方は、必ず第二段階申請を行ってください。
申請を行わなかった場合、審査結果は「不許可」となります。

【第二段階申請期間】2026年６月8日（月）～６月19日（金）※郵送の場合最終日消印有効

【提出書類】
・第二段階申請書
・令和8年度所得・課税証明書 （全部事項証明）
・申請時にお渡しした受理票
・第一段階申請時の不備書類（該当者のみ）
⇒新入生は、入学手続書類とあわせて配付している「入学料・授業料免除等申請の手引」をご確認ください。
⇒在学生は、こちらのページに掲載の「免除のしおり」をご確認ください。

※第一段階申請を行っていない方は対象外です。
※学部生で高等教育の修学支援新制度による給付奨学金・授業料等減免（多子世帯の授業料減免も含む）を申請中の方はこの手続の対象外です。

 

Applicants who are applying for the university’s tuition fee exemption and related programs must complete the Step 2 application.
If you do not submit an application, the result of the review will be “Not approved.”

[Step 2 Application Period]
June 8 (Mon) – June 19 (Fri), 2026　*Applications sent by post must be postmarked by the final day.

[Required Documents]
・Step 2 Application Sheet (Form 9)
・Income and Taxation Certificate for Fiscal Year 2026 (Certificate of All Registered Matters)
・Receipt issued at the time of application
・Documents with deficiencies from the Step 1 application (if applicable)
▶ New students are requested to refer to the “Guide to Application for Admission and Tuition Fee Exemption, etc.” distributed with the admission procedure documents.
▶ Current students are requested to refer to the “Exemption Guide” available on the designated webpage.

＊Applicants who have not completed the Step 1 application are not eligible.
