In this seminar, the maintenance experts of JR (Japan Railway) EAST gave presentations to the practical engineers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. Half day seminar was carried out at National University of Civil Engineering and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Taiheyo Cement Corporation also gave the presentation of fly ash cement application at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. At Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, about 60 company engineers and more than 40 students and lecturers joined the seminar to discuss corrosion and cracking measures, application of mineral admixtures, thermal cracking, maximum temperature issues and others. It would be very important to discuss the practical issues among the practical engineers.This workshop was co-organized by JSCE, VCA, HCMUT and VJCE.
