Eligible Students: Outstanding international students from countries and regions that maintain good relations with Japan and where Japan’s support is expected to further strengthen mutual trust and cooperation. Education and Objectives: The program aims to promote research that contributes to solving the increasingly serious environmental issues faced by our planet. It fosters individuals who possess exceptional academic talent and can contribute to advancing Japan’s research standards, as well as those who are expected to take leadership roles in developing countries supported by Japan—thereby strengthening Japan’s ties with these nations. |
